Chef's Table Cookbook

As featured in the Citizen-Times. The book, co-created by the Asheville Citizen-Times and the Asheville Independent Restaurant Association, includes 50 chefs, 120 recipes, plus restaurant profiles and nearly 100 photos. A portion of the $24.99 cost is earmarked for AIR's scholastic fund for the culinary program at Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College.
